About EventOFFICE


EventOFFICE is an automated registration, payment, ticketing and guest list management tool. We work directly with corporate clients and Professional Conference Organisers, taking away the stress and hassle of event registrations, payments and ticketing.

RSVP Manager

The name speaks for itself – for events where a simple Accept or Decline RSVP is required.

Your invitee list is updated in real time allowing you to view all acceptances and declines and to follow up if no response received – complete RSVP management.

Guest List Manager

Guest List Manager provides a customised tool for guest registration for events requiring data collection and suitable for both non paying and paid events with the option to integrate with your existing online payment gateway or utilise our EventOFFICE EventTREASURY service to process and management payments.

Delegate Portal

For conferences where delegates may be accompanied by guests and family members, delegate portal enables individual registration for the range of delegate categories but managed by the main delegate contact.

Team Portal

For events requiring group entry where information regarding participants and equipment is necessary.

The Team Portal submits the entry and then enters individual team members and equipment details as well as payments via his console.

Awards Portal

Awards Portal is an on line awards management tool that significantly reduces the administrative burden of managing awards entries. Entrants are provided with an entry console allowing them submit their entries on line with the ability to save and return to their submissions to edit and update before making their final submission and payment if required.

Banquet Portal

Suitable for gala events where guest names and table seating is a priority. As many bookings are unsure of guest names and requirements at the time of registration, Banquet Portal allows guest names at later date.

Ticket Portal

For events where ticket entry is required, Ticket Portal enables multiple ticket purchase with etickets immediately emailed to the booking contact. Tickets are bar coded providing organisers with the option scan tickets on entry to the event.

Donations Portal

For community based organisations and events where Donations are sought. Guests/Entrants can register and also make a donations.

Seminar Portal

Running a series of similar events at different venues, our Seminar Portal enables to you manage registrations for each event separately with users selecting their preferred venue via our registration landing page.
