She turned 30 at the end of June but Tamara Ecclestone has taken to Instagram to share an intimate peek inside her lavish birthday bash at London's swanky ME Hotel.

The beautiful brunette uploaded a slew of revealing photos from last month's event, and it looked like the star had a night she'll never forget.

Kicking off the evening with a dinner with loved ones and husband Jay Rutland, who she wed in June last year, Tamara stunned in a gold sequined evening gown, dramatic make-up, curly sleek hair and strappy stilettos.

'Birthday dinner with a view,' the Formula One heiress wrote alongside of a sweet snap of her and her hubby.

Later on in the night, the mother-of-one kicked things up a notch and hit the dance floor with Jay while guest performer P Diddy put on an intimate show. 'Best night big 30,' the presenter wrote with a photo of the rapper twirling her around.

No doubt the 44-year-old's gig was the highlight of the night and it seems Tamara had her heart set on securing the star, who can cost around £700,000 for an hour's show, flying him in especially to perform at the party.

P Diddy wasn't the other celeb entertainer of the night with comedian Michael McIntyre stepping behind the microphone to deliver some light laughs.

Money was clearly no object - his hourly fee is around £30,000 - £40,000.

Guests in attendance included Tamara's mother Slavica, sister Petra and brother-in-law James Stunt.

A party to remember! 'Best night,' Tamara wrote on Instagram

The Milan-born beauty was then gifted with an enormous layered cake, adorned with butterflies and the number 30 on the top. 'Great night for my big 3 0,' the model wrote.

And on Tamara's actual birthday husband Jay made sure she felt just as special by surprising her with a huge number 30 sign made out of beautiful pink blooms.

It's been an exciting few months for Tamara, after she welcomed her first daughter Sophia in March and the new mum is rarely seen without her gorgeous bub by her side.

Meanwhile, the businesswoman and her husband enjoyed some quality time together on Tuesday with a date night out at Mr Chow restaurant in London.

The duo looked effortlessly chic with Tamara opting for a bodycon brown dress which highlighted her trim figure and Jay choosing a classic navy slim-fit suit for the outing.

sounds more like a sweet sixteen than a 30th birthday! amazing cake though. she looks great since she had her baby but she looks very top heavy. I don't know if it's because of the outfits she wears or because her boobs are so big but she always looks out of proportion

it is not the boobs but her wide shoulders and narrow hips that make her look out of proportion. If you notice her wearing tight dresses, the boobs actually make her look feminine, without them she would look like a man in a dress. The outfits she wears usually don't help too, she should go for balloon style skirts and dresses.
