Nicole Richie was spotted filming her new reality show at outdoor mall The Grove in Los Angeles on Thursday.

And the star was far from blending in with the crowd as she shot scenes for Candidly Nicole.

As well as her striking blue hair, Nicole stood out as she changed from one revealing outfit into another.

The 32-year-old was first dressed in a lightweight black jumpsuit with white speckles, which featured a high neckline and pussybow.

The Seventies style garment at first sight appeared to keep Nicole’s very slender figure covered up, but the sheer fabric revealed her legs and black bra underneath.

The daughter of Lionel Richie paired it with high-heeled black pumps that gave her petite 5ft frame a boost, and completed her look with natural make-up to display her flawless complexion.

She was later sporting a pair of tiny Daisy Dukes and white crop top, leaving her midriff and slim pins on show.

Nicole was spotted joking around with members of the crew before she got to work, clutching a microphone.

She has just jetted in from New York, where she has been promoting her new show over the past few days.

Documenting her outrageous antics: Candidly Nicole will follow the star as she juggles motherhood and running a label, all while keeping a great sense of humour about her

Candidly Nicole is based on the reality star turned accessories designer’s AOL series, and captures the mother-of-two’s typically outrageous antics as she works on her label and attends glamorous parties.

On Tuesday she appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live where she told Andy Cohen she ‘approves’ of Benji Madden’s romance with Cameron Diaz.

When asked if she played matchmaker, Nicole responded: 'Yes. I'm going to take responsibility for everything!'

She added: 'I approve of anything that's going to make Benji happy. I am a devoted sister-in-law. I'm happy for anyone who is happy, and I want everyone to be surrounded with love.'

She looks like shes put a bit of weight on, good girl! Shes still very skinny, but she doesnt look ill like she did a short time ago. I like the blue hair too!
