She judges celebrities' style choices as a co-host on E!'s Fashion Police.

And Giuliana Rancic has certainly picked up some tips along the way.

The 39-year-old looked chic in a short black leather dress paired with a fur vest as she attended the 2014 North American Hairstyling Awards with husband Bill on Sunday night in Las Vegas.

The television host displayed her slender legs in the frock, which she paired with silver stilettos.

She carried a simple black and white structured clutch and accessorised with a gold bracelet and rings.

Giuliana wore her brown bob sleek and in a side parting and highlighted her eyes with smokey shadow.

She and Bill, who entered the public eye as the first winner of Donald Trump's reality show The Apprentice, recently revealed that their surrogate had suffered a miscarriage.

She and her 43-year-old husband Bill, who've been married since 2007, recently stated that they feel positive about the prospects of adding another child to their family.

Their surrogate Delphine is the same woman who helped them welcome Duke into the world.

'Next time it will happen,' a defiant Giuliana said on their reality show.

Giuliana recently appeared on Australian radio station KIIS 106.5 FM's breakfast show to speak about life after the loss.

'We're doing well now,' the 39-year-old E! reality star told the show's hosts Kyle and Jackie O earlier this month.

She said that despite the tragic circumstances of late, the pair, who have one embryo left, are hopeful to have another child.

'Speaking of Duke who just walked in the room, he makes me realise that life moves forward and yes we had bad news today but before we know it we’ll have some great news again and we’ll have another perfect little Duke,' she said.

Duke was born via gestational surrogacy in 2012 seven months after Giuliana struggled with infertility and then discovered she had breast cancer, which led to a double mastectomy.

She has been on some powerful drugs for 5 years due to cancer. These drugs can have nasty side effects. Some patients cannot keep any weight on, some gain weight. Glad she is still here for her family......skinny or not.
