'Hair, no hair, it doesn't matter': Director Gracie Otto flashes tantalising glimpse of her decolletage for GQ in semi-nude shoot and reveals she likes dating older men

By Danielle Gusmaroli

She's come a long way since being considered the little sister of actress Miranda Otto, and Gracie proves she has truly come into her own as she appears semi-nude for the cover of GQ Australia magazine.

Making her transition to pin-up girl, the 27-year-old beauty showed her true form - except for a leather taupe shirt draped over her shoulders - in a sultry photo shoot for the August edition of the Gentleman's Quarterly.

The daughter of acting great Barry Otto, and sister of The Lord Of The Rings trilogy star, flashes  glimpses of her cleavage as she tells GQ: 'I don’t have a type – hair, no hair, it doesn’t matter...

'Although I do seem to go for older men,' she reveals adding: 'And I’d never date a guy with a six pack. Ever.'

The youngest of the Otto dynasty, who directs critically-acclaimed movie The Last Impresario, (about the life of theatre and film producer Michael White) describes her upbringing as vaguely 'eccentric.'

Opening up about growing up in the Otto household, she maintains she never realised her family was exceptional, except for the rare occasions when her Great Gatsby actor father would pick her up from school in full stage make-up.

Gracie's documentary, currently showing at cinemas, sees the blonde filmmaker-director interview Yoko Ono, Kate Moss, Anna Wintour and Naomi Watts about influential entertainment industry figure Michael White, the man behind stage shows Annie and A Chorus Line.

Although the film has played at prestigious festivals around the world and earned praise from industry bibles including The Hollywood Reporter and Variety, Gracie doesn't discuss her works at the family dining table.

'I don't feel like I need to prove anything to them,' she recently told the Daily Mail Australia.

'But people will always be saying that kind of stuff behind your back if you come from a well-known family.'

Indeed, Grace is always keen to embark on new projects - she is filming a movie script she has been working on for six years, and another feature-length documentary entitled Girls in Hotels, about how women while away their time in hotels.

While acting and filmmaking has been her focus of late, it was never part of the original plan, she tells GQ.

As a teenager, she loved dancing (she took classes alongside singer and actress Nikki Webster) and was passionate about indoor football.

She told Daily Mail Australia: 'We all do very different things. We're different ages, different sexes... people think we always sit around talking about movies, but we don't,' she revealed about life inside the family home.

'People are just obsessed with someone because they're a celebrity,' she said.

'I went out to dinner with Jack Nicholson and some friends and he was telling us about being in Easy Rider and watching it at Cannes, knowing that that was the moment he would become famous.

'I never thought to put up on my social media "Oh just had dinner with Jack Nicholson".'
