Now Ryan Seacrest and fitness model Shayna Taylor have confirmed they are indeed an item.

'I'm a lucky girl,' the 38-year-old blonde bombshell told photographers as she and the media mogul jetted into LAX over the weekend following a romantic trip to Europe.

When asked what it is like to be his girlfriend, Shayna answered, 'It feels great'.

Ryan, 39, walked ahead of his lady love, seemingly in great spirits following their jaunt to Italy and France.

He was followed by the leggy blonde, who wore tiny lace white shorts and a black tank top as she made her way to their waiting car.

Shayna was signed late last year to Wilhelmina Models on a two-year contract.

The news came after she was spotted vacationing with Ryan's parents over the Thanksgiving holiday.

According to TMZ, Shayna's increased public visibility ensured she caught the eye of one of the most powerful modeling agencies in the business.

A representative for the agency told the website that the stunner has 'huge potential in the fitness and lifestyle world.'

According to InTouch, Ryan is enjoying dating someone his own age after splitting from 25-year-old Julianne Hough last year.

'It’s a very new relationship and he thought it was a good idea to date someone who is closer to his age and not a 20-year-old,' a source close to Ryan told the publication.

'Julianne was pushing him a lot to get married and he hated the pressure. He wants a casual relationship with someone he has more in common with.'

As for the people who are shocked that she is actually 38, you better believe it. 38 is not old. For someone whose only job is to take care of her face and body, she actually looks just ok. I've seen better looking girls older than her. Don't forget the fact that she hasn't had any kids.

If she is a model, then I'm a supermodel. This scrawny little man looks off no matter who he is dating. Why accentuate your short height even more by dating taller women?
