Denise Richards showed she was still one hot mother as she showed off her incredibly toned bikini body whilst on the beach with nine-year-old daughter Lola in LA on Monday.

The 43-year-old actress looked astounding for her age, as she displayed a body any woman half her age would be jealous of.

Looking super toned in her pink bathing suit, the former Bond girl has previously spoke out about her love of eating 'little and often' and using pilates to stay in shape.

Denise has made no secret of her hard work ethic when it comes to maintaining her incredible bikini body, and stays in shape by working out and eating small, healthy meals 'all day long'.

She previously told Self magazine: 'I am very active. I found what works for my body - everyone's body is different and I think it's best to find what works for you. For me it's Pilates and dance.'

Lola is one of the three daughters Denise has; three-year-old adopted daughter Eloise and her eldest girls are with ex-husband Charlie Sheen – Sam, 10, and nine-year-old Lola.

It was rumoured last month that the volatile Charlie had asked Denise – and his daughters – to move out of one of the Beverly Hills mansions he owns, but the family is still there.

The couple divorced in 2006 after four years of marriage.

Lol... the Hollywood female mid life crisis, as soon as you approach 40 lose too much weight and try and compete with the up and coming starlets. All it does is age these women 10 years.
