It's exactly one month to go until he springs back into action in the Premier League with Liverpool following a disappointing World Cup campaign with England.

And while he is yet to return to pre-season training with the Reds, Steven Gerrard, 34, already looks in tip-top condition.

The star was joined on holiday by stunning wife Alex and their three daughters, Lilly-Ella, 10, Lexie, 8 and two-year-old Lourdes.

Alex, 31, looked incredible in a blue and white triangle bikini from upmarket swimwear brand Vix.

Showing off her toned abs in the sexy two-piece, the WAG rounded off her look with a pair of sunglasses as she paddled in the surf.

Posting a picture of a delicious plate of sushi, the beach club responded with: '@AlexGerrard7 Thanks Alex! It's always good to see you here. We hope you're enjoying your Holiday.'

Steven will be 36 when the next major international tournament - Euro 2016 in France - takes place.
