Just days ago she sent a heartfelt tweet paying tribute to her departed Glee star former beau Cory Monteith.

And it looked as though Lea Michele was putting her best foot forward on Tuesday, as she arrived at LAX hand in hand with her boyfriend Matthew Paetz.

The pair looked in bliss as the sauntered through the bustling Los Angeles transport hub.

The 27-year-old was looking great in a all-black ensemble of cardigan, vest, jogging trousers and floppy fedora hat.

The Glee star also underlined her star status by wearing a pair of brown tinted aviator sunglasses, despite the fact she was walking around indoors.

Her model boyfriend meanwhile had dressed down for their excursion in a grey jumper, brown trouser and leather shoes.

Tragic Cory died after drug-fuelled bender in which he consumed a toxic combination of heroin and alcohol in Vancouver last year.

Throughout the sad anniversary on Sunday, tributes poured in for the troubled performer.

Leading was Lea who tweeted: 'We hold you in our hearts today, and every day we remember your smile. We will love you and miss you always.'

The warbler, who met Cory on the set of the hit Fox show, also published two pictures of the couple on a romantic beach.

I don't get it, if she didn't say anything, people would say she doesn't care about Cory anymore and when she does she's 'milking' it, she just can't win.

Her "relationship" with Cory M. was only for PR and set up by their managers / handlers. The whole fake set-up idea fell apart when he passed away. She was stuck being the "grieving girlfriend." I see she is still milking that. I dont believe that this is a real boy friend either, its probably just another set-up to get the publics mind off of her and Cory. Its all very sickening !!!!
