She suffered an almighty tumble at the Ischia Global Film and Music Festival on Monday night.

And while Lindsay Lohan was left red faced after the embarrassing fall, she embraced that colour on Tuesday evening as she stepped out in a pretty knee-length dress.

The 28-year-old star looked to be in fine form as she was seen not only managing to remain upright for the evening but giving her manager, Evan Hainey a peck on the cheek.

Despite her Monday night tumble, Lindsay was the real winner of the week as she picked up an accolade to honour her contribution to cinema.

The flame-haired star looked delighted to have received the huge piece of silverware and she required both of her hands to carry it.

Lady Victoria Hervey also attended the event in Ischia, Napoli, and looked effortlessly elegant in a white jumpsuit.

While Lindsay looked happy to be transporting around her prize, she was no doubt pleased to have avoided falling over, too.

Unfortunately for the Liz and Dick actress, her Monday night stumble wasn't the first time she has been pictured taking a tumble.

In 2010, the star was seen falling over outside a friend's house in Hollywood and in 2012 she appeared to be struggling to stay on her feet while on the set of Liz and Dick.

She's going: But on Monday she did take an unfortunate tumble at the film and music event

She's still going...: All she can do is stare at the ground as it gets nearer and nearer

She's gone! Lindsay hits the deck and looks devastated to have taken yet another tumble

She is of course not alone as Jennifer Lawrence infamously fell at the 2013 Academy Awards as she took to the stage to collect her Best Actress award.

What's more, The Hunger Games star did the same on the red carpet ahead of this year's Oscars.

The Ischia Global Film and Music Festival runs until Sunday.
