Charlie Sheen has long been known as one of Hollywood's biggest partiers and two fans may have got more than they bargained for when they saw the him live and in the flesh.

A video has been circulating around the internet of the the 48-year-old actor looking rather worse for wear as he stumbled over to have a conversation with a couple waiting at the drive thru at a Taco Bell.

The first thing the former Two And A Half Men star blurts out after introducing himself is: 'Sorry, I'm so f***ing hammered.'

The star looked noticeably disheveled as his hair was a mess and he had an obvious slur in his speech.

Charlie shakes hands with the couple and even asks if the two are in the middle of a fight, which the couple quickly deny.

When asked about his tattoo the Major League star is quick to open up his low cut top to show off the ink on his chest then the logo of the Cincinnati Reds baseball team on his forearm.

After showing off his body art, Charlie tells his admirers: 'You're hilarious.'

Then the actor proceeds to shake their hands one more time before departing.

It remains unclear when the bizarre interaction took place, but the video was posted on Monday evening.

The son of legendary actor Martin Sheen has had quite a storied history when it comes to partying. In May 1998, he reportedly overdosed while using cocaine and was hospitalized.

As he was already on probation for a previous drug offense, he had the period extended for a year then entered rehab.

In October 2010, police had to remove Charlie from his suite at the posh Plaza Hotel in New York after reportedly causing $7,000 in damage. According to the NYPD, the actor admitted to drinking and using cocaine the night of the incident.

News has recently come out that the Anger Management star is hoping to start a family with fiancée Scottine Sheen after they wed.

The veteran actor, who is already a father to five children from three previous relationships, is preparing to tie the knot with the former porn star and the pair are said to be
keen to have a family of their own.

When asked by TMZ over the weekend if she planned to have a baby with her husband, the 25-year-old replied: 'Yes. Yes, that's pretty much as far as we have got though.'

Ya know what ? Hates gonna hate but I absolutely LOVE this guy..sure hes headed down HIS path of destruction but ya know what? "HE'S walking it.... and he isnt pretending to be-.......he is who he is... junky, drinker, actor, EVERYTHING...does he get carried away? Ya you bet.... But Charly is allways doing Charly and nobody else....I think he sorta reveals fake ass hollywood for what it is and thats why alot of people "in the business" arnt real crazy about him..cause he takes his stuff head on!!!! Hope you get it figured out Charly, love ya in the mean time!!!

What a sad old man. The saddest thing is the fact he thinks he's some big stud with this latest girlfriend when she's laughing about him with her friends behind his back. Be interesting to see him with his sons in a few years when he's even more frail (if he's still around) when they are older and bigger than him and hate his guts. Such a deluded, egotistical insecure old fart who has to buy friends and women and be drunk or high all the time simply to 'enjoy' life at 48 .. surely you start liking your real self by then and don't need the 'back up'? .. so rich but mentally so lonely and insecure .. sad, very sad .. feel for his kids.

whats 'old' got to do with it? and seriously "old man" at 48 ?? Be critical of his behaviour by all means but being 'older' isnt something wrong or a disease. we will all be it, so less of the ageism
