It's hard to believe she is the mother of six and Kim Zolciak Biermann even has a hard time fathoming it herself.

The 36-year-old reality star recently told People that 'it's incredible' she has given birth to six children.

She told the weekly: 'I thought I was done with my girls. I was on Real Housewives Of Atlanta and my girls were out of the baby stage.

'If I never got married again, I was okay. And if I never had any more children, I was okay, too. I was in a great place and then bam!'

Kim has four children with her husband NFL player Kroy Biermann: three-year-old Kroy Jagger, 23-month-old Kash Kade, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, who were born in November.

The Don't Be Tardy star also has two daughters from a previous marriage: Brielle, 17, and 12-year-old Ariana.

Juggling a relationship, six children, and filming a reality show at their residence in Atlanta is no walk in the park however.

'It's chaotic from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week,' she says. 'We tend to even have a glass of wine at night just by ourselves when everyone's in bed.'

Most of the new season of Don't Be Tardy has been filmed at their home due to her parenting duties.

Brotherly love: On Sunday, Kim shared an adorable snap of her two eldest sons, three-year-old Kroy Jagger and Kash, hugging each other

Kim said: 'My priority is my kids. They just consume my life. I want to focus on getting them off and into school, and I don't want anyone else doing this at this age.'

The doting mother even took time to brag about her children as she posted an adorable snap on Wednesday of daughter Ariana and son Kash doing a duck face pose.

She captioned the image to her 587K followers: 'Love this pic my baby girl @arianabiermann just sent me of her and "Kash" aka Kashew doing their duck face! Ariana is the best helper with all the little ones! So grateful for all your help hunni!! #inthesky #someonekeepsfartingonthisplane.'

Selfie time!: Earlier on Wednesday, Kim shared a photo of herself to promote the third season of her reality show as she said, 'I can't believe how big my belly was with the twins.., just wait til u see it'

Earlier in the day Kim posted a selfie of herself in a car while heading to New York.

The image was posted with the message: 'NYC here we come!! I'm soooo excited for Don't be Tardy premiere tomorrow night! 9/8c .. I can't believe how big my belly was with the twins.., just wait til u see it.'

The third season of Don't Be Tardy airs Thursday nights on Bravo.

I watched when she was in labor before. She couldn't even handle the contractions. All 4 letter words coming out LOL so I highly doubt she did it natural especially with Twins
