She’s known for her quirky and audacious yoga poses.

And Hilaria Baldwin certainly did not disappoint as she performed a handstand in an Instagram snap posted Saturday.

The 30-year-old yoga instructor showed off her tiny waist in a little denim dress with nude heels in the photo captioned: 'Cross your legs, put your feet up, & relax...it's Saturday!!

She arched her back in dramatic S-curve, while leaning her booty against the door and crossing her slender legs.

The photo also treated her over 48,000 Instagram followers to a view of lush green field.

Hilaria’s Instagram profile is full of her quirky yoga creations – having posed on railroad tracks, on a stove top, hanging out of windows, through the sunroof of a car, on a bowling alley and even in the bathtub.

In a recent profile of the Spanish beauty, The New York Times described her images: ‘The eminently shareable and sometimes controversial pictures show yoga as Ms. Baldwin likes it: fun, athletic and unapologetically sexual.

‘The quirky shots have garnered Ms. Baldwin an enthusiastic following among people who enjoy pictures of fit, funny mothers doing yoga in stilettos.’

However, the increasing public attention is in contradiction to her famous husband Alec Baldwin’s desire to live a more private life.

But supporting his wife, the 56-year-old actor wrote in an email to The New York Times: 'Hilaria must have her own relationship with the press.'

Alec also commented on whether the peace and balance Hilaria values as a yoga instructor has influenced him.

‘I still bring a good deal of cynicism to my day,’ he wrote. 'Hilaria is wiser, and therefore more positive, than me. Positivity is a sign of health.'

Hilaria and Alec celebrated their second wedding anniversary on June 30 and their daughter Carmen will turn one next month.

I like yoga but what's with the stilettos and poses in all the places where you can see what's in her house and garden etc? She could do herself a favour by keeping her private life to herself.....
