They became engaged to be married just over a month ago.

And it seems that when it came to choosing her handbag, Fanny Neguesha decided to keep it romantic as she stepped out wearing a red lip shoulder bag for a stroll with fiance Mario Balotelli in New York on Saturday.

Mario, 23 and Fanny, 24, were spotted strolling down the sidewalk before hopping in a taxi together to do some sightseeing.

Posting a loved up snap on her Instagram accont of the pair hugging with the Empire State building forming the backdrop the model captioned the shot 'YOU, are my empire baby @mb459'.

As well as a spot of sightseeing it appeared the stunning brunette had been practicing her dance moves, as she posted a series of videos rehearsing choreography in front of the mirror with a companion.

The stunning brunette didn't give much away except for the location of her practice, which was Shockra Dance Studios.

The pretty brunette kept her style simple for the stroll, wearing a white T-shirt, black leggings and blue wedge Puma trainers.

The pair became engaged after Mario proposed in Brazil ahead of the World Cup, with the footballer posting a snap of a beach setting and an sparkler on her engagement finger with the caption: 'She said yes. The most important yes in my life.'
