Holy smoke! Justin Bieber 'threatened with house arrest' by angry neighbours following 'loud music and late night partying' at his exclusive Hollywood condo
Police officers have reportedly spoken to residents of an exclusive Beverly Hills community about placing famous neighbour Justin Bieber under house arrest.
The 20-year-old singer is understood to have received six separate visits from the LAPD on Saturday evening following repeated complaints about noise from his West Hollywood condo.
Neighbours were also said to be bothered by the reek of marijuana drifting from the property while he entertained 75 guests on Saturday and a reported 20 on Sunday.

The aftermath: Justin Bieber's rooftop terrace is littered with cups and bottles after a night of partying
According to TMZ, legal officials have since spoken to Bieber’s management in a bid to diffuse the situation – which follows his recent misdemeanour for egging a neighbour’s property in January.
That incident resulted in the Canadian star receiving two years’ probation, five days of community service and the court stipulated demand that he attend anger management classes.
Bieber was also ordered to pay £47,160 ($80,900) in damages following a ‘frenzied’ attack on the Calabasas home.
But police officers were unable to act on allegations of drug abuse over the weekend because they can't make an arrest until they see it for themselves.

Making a racket Police a reportedly received four complaints for noise on the rooftop of his Beverly Hills apartment building on Saturday night
However, they are understood to have told neighbours they can make the first move by placing him under house arrest.
MailOnline have contacted Bieber's representatives for further comment.
Patrols
cars reportedly were sent after each call, at 8:30pm, 12:50am, 1:50am
and 3am. There allegedly were two other complaints related to paparazzi
and fans.
According to TMZ, Bieber wasn't cited because he cooperated and turned the music down.
The 20-year-old is currently on two years probation for egging a neighbour's house last year.
If the Beverly Hills police department cites Bieber and alerts the LA County Probation Department, Bieber could be slapped with a probation violation, which means he could face jail time, according to TMZ.
Downward spiral: The pop star also faced an assault charge in Canada and a DUI charge in Miami this year
Earlier this month, Justin accepted a plea deal to avoid jail time in his egg throwing case.
The pop star agreed to undergo anger management classes along with two years of supervised probation after pleading no contest to charges of misdemeanor vandalism, TMZ reports.
He will also have to perform five days of community service in addition to paying damages to his former neighbour, whose Calabasas home the teen idol allegedly threw eggs at.
Reps for Bieber released a statement to Mail Online following the sentencing: 'Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him. He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music.'
Healthy living: Bieber posted this shirtless selfie during a hike in LA over the weekend
While Sheriff's detectives initially estimated the damage to the home at up to $20,000, the presiding judge said 'The house is a dream house', explaining why he was fining Bieber in excess of $80K according to TMZ.
The anger management courses are expected to go for 12 weeks, with a minimum of one meeting per week.
In
addition, the gossip website claims that the Baby singer is required to
stay at least 100 yards away from his former neighbour and his family.
Bieber was not present for the 1:30 p.m. arraignment at the Superior Court in Van Nuys, California.

Prosecutors spent months considering
whether to file charges. The singer's Calabasas mansion was searched on
Jan. 14 and detectives later filed a search warrant to obtain images
from Bieber's Instagram account to match them up to surveillance footage
taken from his home.
A detective wrote that a person matching Bieber's description was seen high-fiving his friends after running toward a neighbor's home, but footage of the egg attack was not captured.
A call Wednesday seeking comment from Bieber's attorney, Howard Weitzman, was not immediately returned.
Sheriff's detectives initially estimated the damage to the home at up to $20,000. The threshold for filing a felony is if more than $400 in damage was caused.
Not slowing down: The 20-year-old posted a snap to Instagram from a shopping spree on Tuesday
Bieber was not arrested during the search of his home, but his friend and personal manager Xavier Domonique Smith was charged with felony drug possession. Smith, an aspiring rapper who goes by the name Lil Za, pleaded no contest to felony possession of ecstasy and was sentenced to probation and a drug treatment program.
Bieber faces two other cases in Florida and Toronto. A Miami court has set a trial date this month for his DUI case, which also includes charges that he resisted arrest without violence and was driving with an expired license.
A preliminary toxicology report showed that the singer tested positive for marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax after his arrest, but no other illicit drugs were found in his system.
Bieber gained stardom with his debut album at age 15 and his career has been guided by a pair of music industry heavyweights, singer Usher and manager Scooter Braun. He has been nominated for two Grammy Awards for his 2010 full-length album debut My World 2.0, but his popularity has waned.
