Liberty Ross awarded millions in divorce settlement while her cheating ex Rupert Sanders gets 1970 VW van... and the Malibu beach house

She went through the mill when her marriage to director Rupert Sanders fell apart in public.

But Liberty Ross has made out like a bandit in the divorce settlement, according to TMZ on Friday.

The actress gets the family house in Los Angeles, two other London houses, $25,000 a month in spousal support for four years, $14,000 a month in child support for their children, 15% of Rupert's profits from movies, with the exception of Snow White, and half of his bank accounts and retirement income.

Apparently Liberty's lawyer, Laura Wesser, allowed Rupert, 43, to keept the Malibu beach house and a 1970 VW van. He also gets joint custody of daughter Skyla, nine, and son Tennyson, seven.

The 35-year-old called time on her marriage after her husband was caught on camera making out with 24-year-old Kristen Stewart, his star in Snow White And The Huntsman.

Ironically, Liberty also had a role as Snow White's mother, Queen Eleanor.

Both Brits, Liberty married Rupert in 2002 and they moved to Los Angeles to further the director's career while the actress brought up their children.

In July 2012, Us Weekly published photos of Sanders cheating with Kristen.

Although both issued separate public apologies it wasn't enough to save the marriage.

Meanwhile, Liberty is moving on with her life.

She has rebooted her modelling career and is dating music executive Jimmy Iovine, co-founder of Interscope Records.

The couple have been seen out and about frequently in the past few months, including a special night out in June to see the LA Kings ice hockey team beat the New York Rangers 3-2 to win their second Stanley cup in three years.
