'I couldn't stop looking at them': Paloma Faith discusses Nicki Minaj's voluptuous ' in your face' cleavage and proposal from One Direction's Niall Horan in radio interview

By Karishma Sarkari

British singer Paloma Faith was candid as she hit the airwaves in Australia on Tuesday night, dishing on everything from Nicki Minaj's boobs to a proposal from a One Direction member.

The 33-year-old songstress told host of The Bump, Angus O'Loughlin, that she wasn't jealous of Nicki Minaj's boobs but couldn't avoid them.

'I just couldn’t stop looking at them when I saw her and it's not even a sexual thing, it's just that they're so in your face,' she said.

'You just stare at them and talk to them.' she said honestly.

She first spoke of her fascination of the American rapper's "assets" on UK chat show The Jonathan Ross Show, early last year.

In the radio interview, Angus also asked her about a proposal she received from One Direction's Niall Horan but the singer just laughed it off.

'It wasn't a proper proposal. He just told someone that knows me "I'm gonna marry that girl one day" in a drunken stupor but I don't think he meant it' she said.

That wasn't enough to satisfy the radio personality who went on to press further.

He asked whether she would consider marrying the 1D heartthrob if a proper proposal ever happened but Paloma wasn't too keen.

'Probably not - he's too young for me...and I'm really in love with my boyfriend,' Paloma said, referring to the mystery man she's been dating for just over a year now.

'But if that doesn't work out, then maybe,' she added.

The singer is currently Down Under for a whirlwind publicity tour for her album A Perfect Contradiction, touching down in Sydney on Saturday night and set to leave again on Wednesday.

The eccentric personality's trip to Australia's provided lots to celebrate with Paloma's catchy song Only Love Can Hurt Like This reaching the top of the ARIA charts on Sunday - her first Number One single anywhere in the world.

The Bump show threw a party for her momentous achievement with a brightly coloured cake and a commemorative plaque for her top selling song presented as a gift to the star.

They also had personalised onesies reading 'Congrats Paloma on your #1' and confetti cannons for the celebrations, which came just a week after the quirky blonde celebrated her birthday.

The Bump, airs across the Today Network from 7-10pm weeknights.
