Back in a bikini! A slimmer-than-usual Hilaria Baldwin shows off her RIBS in skimpy two piece as she poses in a pool

She continues to post new yoga poses to her Instagram account every day.

And on Wednesday, like clockwork, Hilaria Baldwin was at it again, this time opening up her throat chakras and exposing her rib cage while lounging in a swimming pool.

The 30-year-old yoga teacher is shown arching her back and neck in a skimpy black two-piece swimsuit.

Alec Baldwin's wife demonstrated the yoga move by holding her weight on her muscular arms and positioned her fingers in a mudra, the hand position used to seal in the body's energy.

With only her legs in the water, Hilaria revealed her fit body displaying her taut tummy and upper trunk.

The mother-of-one's latest pose is tame in comparison to her other snapshots where she is in tricky positions such as having her body folded while sitting in a tree and doing the splits in bed.

The Extra TV correspondent is no stranger to sharing her yoga photos with or without being fully clothed.

She posted her first bikini-clad yoga pose on Instagram in September 2012.

Hilaria seemed to be enjoying her alone time in the water while her husband is in London shooting a new project.

She retweeted Alec's message that read, 'In London to start work on something fun. But it can never be right without you, @hilariabaldwin. Never. Ever.'

Alec was later spotted in London leaving the members only Groucho Club in the Soho area of London.

In a profile of Hilaria, The New York Times described her photos as 'eminently shareable and sometimes controversial.'

They explained, 'The quirky shots have garnered Ms. Baldwin an enthusiastic following among people who enhoy pictures of fit, funny mothers doing yoga in stilettos. [The images] show yoga as [Hilaria] likes it: fun, athletic and unapologetically sexual.'
