She has quite the hectic schedule for a 17-year-old.

So Chloe Moretz made the most of some downtime on Saturday as she jumped on the back of jet ski with a male companion in Miami Beach, Florida.

Putting safety first she donned a white cotton cover-up and buckled-up a life jacket on top before hopping on the speedy watercraft.

The starlet was also seen cooling off in a cute black string bikini, her fair hair braided neatly and sporting stylish tortoiseshell framed aviators.

The actress is in the city to promote upcoming movie If I Stay and signed copies of the Gayle Forman book at a Miami Barnes & Noble bookstore on Friday.

Chloe looked fresh-faced and delightful in a powdery blue ensemble as excited fans awaited her autograph. She excitedly tweeted: '600 fans showed up to the book signing!!!! So amazing'

If I Stay is released on August 22 and Chloe plays Mia, a teenage cellist who slips into a coma after surviving a horrific car crash.

Meanwhile the teen actress is thought to have grown close to 15-year-old Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest son of Victoria and David Beckham.

Reportedly they were introduced a couple of months ago through a mutual friend at SoulCycle in Santa Monica, where Brooklyn is often seen working out with his famous footballer father.
