Megan, who stars as April O'Neil in the upcoming movie, wore a black tank top with a dark green wrap-around skirt.

Her makeup was natural and highlighted her violet blue eyes and dark hair, which she wore long and straight.

Her co-star, Will Arnett, who plays Vernon Fenwick, was also in attendance and posed for photographs.

Most fans know Megan for her amazing figure, but the star revealed she couldn't care less what people think of her sexpot image, according to toofab.com.

'I don't mind doing that stuff, I think that's been a part of being an actress in Hollywood since the beginning,' Megan said during the press conference.

'I don't feel ashamed or like I can't be taken seriously while also wearing a tank top,' she continued, adding: 'If you don't take me seriously when I'm wearing a tank top, that's your f**king problem.'

The actress showed off her amazing physical assets a-plenty in 2012's This Is 40 where her character Desi, a store clerk and part-time escort, allowed her boss (Leslie Mann) to feel her boobs to prove they were real.

Megan's part in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is perhaps her most wholesome one to date, and she keeps her clothes on.

As a longtime fan of the comic book series, Megan had to fight hard to even get the part, explaining: 'I was attracted to this because I was a fan as a kid and I really wanted to do this.'

In real life, Megan is wed to former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Brian Austin Green and they are parents to sons, Noah, who turns two on September 27, and five-month-old Bodhi.

Meanwhile, the new version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is already generating online complaints among fans of the comic book that spawned an animated series and a live-action film in 1990.

Megan had some choice words for them too during the press conference.

She said: 'They’re gonna love it and if they don’t love it, they can f**k off, and that’s the end of that.'
