Michael Lohan 'fears for his unborn baby' as pregnant fiancee Kate Major 'has a miscarriage scare while in jail'
She is expecting her second child and her husband's seventh.
But Michael Lohan fears his five month pregnant fiancee Kate Major is not getting the medical treatment she needs behind bars, reports TMZ.
According to Lohan, Kate has suffered two frightening episodes of bleeding and the parents to be are worried she may miscarry while in jail.

Lindsay Lohan's father has hired Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez to obtain a court order to ensure Kate gets the specialist treatment he feels she needs.
Kate, 31, was arrested for drink driving in March after having yet another drunken blowout row with Lohan.
He called the cops after claiming she scratched his face before fleeing in a car.
A police video of the arrest shows her standing crying in the road while denying she had been drinking.
She tested three times the drink drive limit.

But she was convicted in May and sentenced to eight months which she is serving at Gun Club Road Jail in Palm Beach, Florida.
This week Lohan says Kate suffered two separate incidents of unexplained bleeding.
Although she was seen by a doctor and given an ultrasound which showed a healthy heartbeat, he believes she should have been seen by a perinatologist who specialises in risky pregnancies.
The fiery 54-year-old told TMZ: 'You know damn well if someone has vaginal bleeding while pregnant that's indicative of a miscarriage.'

Despite their many high profile fall outs, Lohan who already has a 17-month-old son with Kate, has vowed to support her.
He told the New York Daily News at the time of her arrest: 'I will stand by her through the whole thing, especially for the sake of our son.
'I just want her to get better, and I wish her the best,' he added.
