Her divorce from Oasis rocker, Liam Gallagher, was granted in April and Nicole Appleton is continuing to move on with her life as she has now put their pair’s marital home on the market.

The All Saints singer was given the six-bedroom property as part of the pair’s divorce settlement and is reportedly keen to get rid of it.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said: ‘Nicole wants a fresh start. That means getting rid of all memories of Liam.

‘She can use the money she makes on it to buy an amazing new pad’.

Located in Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, the starlet has reportedly put the home on sale for £3 million.

The 18th-century mansion boasts an outdoor swimming pool, a cinema and a gym.

Nicole was granted the divorce in just 68 seconds after Liam admitted adultery with US journalist Liza Ghorbani and fathering a child from the affair.

The undefended petition by the 39-year-old All Saints singer was heard at the Principal Registry of the High Court in London, neither party attended.

In the statement, Liam said he did not intend to defend Nicole's petition and also agreed to pay his wife's 'reasonable costs'.

The pair married in 2008 and are parents to 13-year-old, Gene Gallagher. 

Liam is now in a relationship with Debbie Gwyther and the musician recently put his two-bedroom New York City pad on the market for a cool $4 million.

The star is clearly hoping to pocket a handsome profit, as he purchased the plush Manhattan abode for $2.5 million in 2012.
