Terrorists have no strength for counterattack - NSDC

KYIV, August 5 /Ukrinform/. Terrorists are constantly in a fighting contact with the Ukrainian security forces, but do not have the resources to move to the offensive.

Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing today, Ukrinform reports.

"The terrorists are trying to undermine the situation, but they do not have enough strength for a counterattack. They have no opportunity to make a partial mobilization, and we have," Lysenko said.
