And do-gooder Taylor Swift was spotted in Manhattan's Tribeca neighbourhood Wednesday wearing an ultra-short ensemble.

The 5ft10in country crooner paraded her incredibly long pins in a yellow mini-skirt and bared ber back in a sleeveless green top.

The 24-year-old pop starlet accessorised her preppy, flirty look with a maroon leather purse and brown Victorian booties.

Two weeks ago, Taylor was in Central Park and she gave Long Island fan Micaela Rodriguez $90 so she could have a nice 17th birthday dinner at Chipotle.

And last Sunday, Swift serenaded six-year-old Jordan Lee Nickerson, who's battling multiple illnesses at Boston Children's Hospital.
