They have been dating for more than two years, and Kathy Griffin and Randy Bick looked more loved-up than ever as they enjoyed some time off together on Thursday.

The actress kept hold of her toyboy's hand as they hiked in Hollywood's Runyon Canyon, while looking relaxed and carefree.

The 53-year-old chatted away to her hunky companion, 34, while keeping her dark sunglasses firmly on after opting for casual attire.

The comedienne hid her slim figure under a pair of loose-fitting jogging bottoms and a purple V-neck T-Shirt. 

Keeping her long red tresses out of the way in a high ponytail, Kathy polished off her ensemble with simple trainers and natural make-up.

On Monday, Kathy had again opted for a low-key look as she enjoyed lunch at Toast in West Hollywood.

She seemingly showed her love for one of the biggest bands of the 90s in a black 'I Still [heart] BSB' top and skinny jeans.

The star clutched a chic white handbag, while completing her outfit with comfy black pumps and loose waves in her hair.

Kathy previously defended the near 20-year age difference between her and her beau to Larry King on his chat show.

'Here's the thing, I don't want one iota of judgement from you because he's a little younger than I am.

'He's a marketing executive, he's a normal guy. I met him at a food festival. The LA Times is putting out a food festival called Taste LA, and I hunted him down.'
