She has been engulfed in a media storm since it was claimed Charlize Theron tried to have her kicked out of her SoulCycle class.

But that looked like the furthest thing from Tia Mowry's mind as she enjoyed a relaxing day out at a farmers market with her boy Cree in Los Angeles on Sunday.

She was grinning from ear to ear as the dynamic duo took a fun ride on a trolley around the bustling bazaar.

Former child star Tia, 36, looked in fine figure indeed in a simple black dress, but then she should given her love of spinning classes.

The canny Californian had also donned a protective sunhat and a pair of comically thick-rimmed sunglasses as she enjoyed her summer day out.

Her three-year-old son meanwhile looked as cute as a button in a chequered shirt, red shorts and Crocs, while his hair was bundled into two buns.

Last month Tia claimed to In Touch Weekly that the Oscar-winning South African actress rolled her eyes and said 'Oh my God,' after she approached her at a SoulCycle indoor cycling studio in Los Angeles.

Comfort comes first: Her boy was wearing a pair of the famously comfy shoes Crocs during their outing

Then it was reported this week Charlize, 39, had strong words with management and is trying to get the 36-year-old reality star barred.

It was claimed she was overheard raging to staff: 'This nobody who was famous for a minute 20 years ago can complain to the tabloids about me but I can't expect you to protect me from hangers on in your studio?'

However insiders have since briefed that this was not actually the case, though the South African beauty is yet to say anything about the matter.

For her part the former Sister, Sister star has tried to calm the fallout, without retracting her earlier claims, saying: 'I’m obsessed with her, I love her, it was definitely blown out of proportion.'

Meanwhile the blonde seems to have found an alternative way to stay in shape, as she was spotted attending a hot yoga class in Cape Town, South Africa on Friday.
