She's a grandma! Susan Sarandon's daughter Eva Amurri welcomes baby girl Marlowe Mae with husband Kyle Martino

Susan Sarandon has called herself many things over the years - Oscar winner, mother, activist.

But on Saturday the 67-year-old Thelma & Louise star added another title to her list - grandmother -  when her 29-year-old daughter Eva Amurri welcomed baby girl Marlowe Mae with 33-year-old husband Kyle Martino.

'They are thrilled and enjoying the new addition to the family,' a rep for Amurri told People on Monday.

The little girl weighed in at 6lbs 11 oz. Eva is an actress - her films include That's My Boy and The Education Of Charlie Banks - and Kyle is an NBC sports analyst.

Sarandon said recently she does not want to be called Grandma, but rather Honey. She's even been wearing a gold necklace with that name on it in cursive.

'I borrowed this name from a very dear friend of mine who’s from the South, and his grandma was Honey,' The Client List actress said.

Amurri let her fans know the sex of her baby with a photo of mommy-and-me shoes. She has also used her Instagram account to show off many shots of her naked baby bump. In July she shared a photo of herself in a bikini.

As far as the name, her famous mom approved. 'It’s not a vegetable, a city or a place. It’s a real name … I really like it,' she said.

The beauty added, 'I plan to just completely go against everything my daughter’s trying to do and spoil them completely.'

Susan had Eva with Franco Amurri, though most of the time she was raising her daughter she was with actor Tim Robbins, who she met on the set of Bull Durham.

She has children Miles and Jack Henry with Robbins.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show actress is currently dating Jonathan Bricklin who is 30 years her junior.

The movie star was in the news last week when her New York City apartment was burglarized. The thief entered by ladder when her son Miles stepped out for the evening. Jewelry and other personal items were taken.
