She frequently steps out in some of the world's most coveted fashion labels, from Saint Laurent to Givenchy to Balmain.

But once again Kim Kardashian turned her stylish gaze from Parisian boutiques to an Australian brand for an appearance in Los Angeles last week.

The curvaceous beauty slipped her famous physique into a tight, strapless frock by Australian label Bec & Bridge at an event to promote her fake tan range, Kardashian Sun Kissed.

Kylie follows suit: Kim's half-sister Kylie Jenner is also a fan of Australian fashion, choosing a $790 wrap skirt by Sass & Bide for the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles at the weekend

The Heartbreaker Strapless Dress by the Down Under designer retails at just $220 - a price tag that pales in comparison to some of the very expensive pieces the mother-of-one often wears to run errands.

Kim's not the only member of the Kardashian clan to source fashion from Australia - her half-sister Kylie Jenner also stepped out in a local designer in recent days.

The 17-year-old wore the Six Months Later wrap skirt by Australian designer Sass & Bide to the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles at the weekend.

Australian labels were also the first choice for Kylie's sister Kendall and Khloe Kardashian at the rehearsal dinner for Kim and Kanye's Italian wedding in May.

Model Kendall, 18, stepped out in a flowing dark blue gown with a thigh split by Australian bridal and couture designer Johanna Johnson.
