Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has been impressed by Wayne Rooney's work-rate, but insisted more physical training must be done before the start of the league season. 'He is always working very hard, has a high level and can make goals,' Van Gaal said. 'He did that in America, four goal in his first three matches is not so bad I think!
