'He's just a nice friend:' Singer Ariana Grande opens up about working with Harry Styles after he pens romantic new love song for her upcoming album

Most girls would be overwhelmed at the thought of Harry Styles writing them a love song.

But singer Ariana Grande had no such problem when the One Direction heartthrob penned her a sweet love song for her new album titled, A Little Bit Of Your Heart.

When Nova FM's Kent 'Smallzy' Small asked the 21-year-old chart topper whether she got nervous around the superstar - like most young girls would - she couldn't have sounded more nonchalant, saying he's: 'just a nice friend.'

Written by the talented Brit, the song will appear on Ariana's second album, due for release on August 25.

The track revolves around loving someone to such an extent that you can share them with other people because 'a little bit of their love is enough.'

When talking about the collaboration the pint sized starlet candidly admitted to the radio host that she thinks the sentiment behind the song is 'absolute bull****.'

Normally softly spoken, the Nickelodeon star didn't hold back as she laughed off the idea of ever being nervous around the 20-year-old British sensation.

'No! No, definitely not, he's a very, very sweet boy,' the actress admitted.

Ariana will be jetting to Australia in September to promote her new album My Everything which also features her hit songs Problem and Break Free.

While most celebrities want to cuddle a koala or soak up some sun the brunette beauty instead wants to do something more unusual.

'I'm a big fan of going to the beach at night, I'd love to go to the beach at night in Australia and see what the difference is like,' she confessed.

Meanwhile Ariana seems to be single after allegedly ending things with 19-year-old Australian comedy star Jai Brooks last month.

But with Harry out of the question the stunning songstress revealed who her ideal celebrity dates would be in an interview with Dolly magazine in May.

'I love Jim Carrey. I love Steve Carell, Jonah Hill and Seth Rogen,' she surprisingly said.

'I love boys who can make fools of themselves and don't take themselves too seriously.'
