'My wife always laughed at me and would say "You always leave for work early" and that's because I couldn't wait to get on set,' he told the program.
'I couldn't wait to get to the studio and check in with Larry and Linda and we'd laugh and Larry and I would have a glass of champagne at 7am in the morning.
'Larry would have a bottle of champagne in his dressing room. He'd continue on (through the day) and I'd lay out.'

Hagman - who passed away in 2012 at the age of 81 - played the beloved character J.R. Ewing.
Gray and Duffy were on the original series, which started in 1978 and ran to 1991, and reprised their roles of Bobby and Sue on the modern reboot.
Hollywood hunk Jesse Metcalfe and Fast And Furious actress Jordana Brewster make up the supporting cast.
'When you do something for so long you're afraid of being typecast,' said Duffy.
'But if I could work with Linda again, work and play with my buddies, that was the main concern.'
Rebooted classic: Gray and Duffy returned to the series in 2012 to reprise their roles in a rebooted version which also stars Jesse Metcalfe and Jordana Brewster
