Dr. Randall Kinnison has over 30 years experience in senior pastoral ministry and was ordained in 1981. In 2004, God called him to resign from traditional ministry and launch as a House Church Planter. A year later he formed Genesis Mediation to support himself as a tent-marker. After assisting a few churches and Christian ministries, he realized the need to create Bridge Builders Christian Mediation as a separate entity. Currently Dr. Kinnison continues to lead The Journey with Christ, a network of House Churches while resolving and mediating conflicts as a full-time profession.
