Chris Martin making beautiful music with new love Jennifer Lawrence as it's revealed 'he's writing songs for her'

Chris Martin used to do it for Gwyneth Paltrow, but now Jennifer Lawrence is the muse that inspires him.

The Coldplay singer has fallen hook, line and sinker for the American Hustle star and is said to be writing songs for her.

Chris, 37, is churning out the material while spiriting Jennifer, 24, away on cosy getaways for two, Us Weekly is reporting.

'He writes her songs and loves taking her to private romantic spots,' a source told the publication. 'Chris is sweeping Jen off her feet. That's his thing.'

It's certainly having a swaying effect on Jennifer, who saw Coldplay's concert in the UK and was mesmerised by Martin.

'Jen was blown away at his London show. His music is absolutely part of the attraction,' the source told Us Weekly, adding: 'The better she gets to know him, the more she likes him.'

And what's not to like: the British lead singer for one of the world's most popular and lyrically inspiring bands also writes the majority of the words and music, and plays piano, guitar and keyboard.

When he's not inspired, fans no doubt get a rush of cold blood to the head in fear that Coldplay will never come together again.

Coldplay's sixth album, which came out earlier this year, delved into Chris' marital break-up with Gwyneth, 41, with whom he has two children, daughter Apple, 10, and son Moses, eight.

Magic is thought to be about his estranged wife as he croons about being 'broken in two' but calling their lingering fragements of their love 'magic.'

The sensitive, soulful singer seems like the rebuffed lover with lines such as 'I can't get over you.'

Chris also famously wrote Fix You - from Coldplay's third album X&Y - about Gwyneth when she was grieving over her father Bruce Paltrow's illness from cancer.

Now it seems that Jennifer - who enjoyed a romantic afternoon with Chris at Wolffer Estate Vineyard just a few days before her birthday on August 15 - is the one causing the songs to pour forth on Chris' keyboard.
