She flew into Seoul from California less than 48 hours earlier with her two young children, however there was no sign of any jet lag or lack of sleep for Megan Fox on Wednesday.

The actress looked stunning as she attended a press conference for new movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the day after the South Korea premiere.

The 28-year-old turned heads in her thigh-skimming, star-print dress, while her long tresses were worn in loose, glamourous waves over one shoulder.

Cinching in her waist with a thick belt, Megan was spotted posing with her hands poised in a karate-style stance before chatting to reporters.

She was accompanied on the day by director Jonathan Liebesman as well as producers Andrew Form and Brad Fuller, however there was no sign of co-stars Will Arnett or William Fichtner.

Megan has snapped back into shape following the birth of her second child in February of this year, prior to taking on the role of reporter April O'Neal in the new action film.

In a recent interview with Us Weekly, the star's trainer Harley Pasternak revealed how she had obtained her lean physique so soon after giving birth.

'She eats carbs,' said the celebrity trainer who has worked with everyone from Jessica Simpson to Kris Jenner, before adding: 'She just eats the right carbs.

'She eats three meals and two snacks a day. She’ll have protein, fiber, and healthy fat every meal. She is living a low-sugar lifestyle, definitely… She has definitely buckled down and she is amazing.'

The comic-book adaptation featuring Megan alongside computer-generated renditions of the sewer-dwelling heroes earned an estimated $65m in the US over the weekend.
