'When, one thing I learned from this process is that you can get everything you want in life without ever feeling like you fit in,' she continued.

Taylor further explained that selling millions of records makes her feel 'proud' rather than 'cool.'

'The most important thing in life is to dance to the beat of your own drum and to look like you're having more fun than the people who look cool, like they fit in,' she said.
