Earlier this month, another set of teaser posters were revealed.
In the stills, characters are shown in District 13, the bleak forgotten rebel base, looking grim and somber.
The late Philip Seymour Hoffman wore an all-grey ensemble that consisted of a double-pocket, long-sleeved shirt and jeans as he stood in front of a tall stone wall with the number 13 and Plutarch written on it.
Another new poster showed Woody Harrelson as former Hunger Games victor Haymitch Abernathy standing in front of the same tall wall with 13 and Haymitch written on it.
Final role: Philip Seymour Hoffman who died in February of a heroin overdose was shown in a newly released poster for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1
Somber scene: Woody Harrelson as his character Haymitch Abernathy also was shown in the bleak grey teaser posters released in early August
Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket also was shown in a separate poster in front of the same wall and wearing a mostly grey outfit instead of her usual wildly colourful ensembles. The Capitol-born chaperone did manage a bit of colour with her peach shoes and a few bracelets.
And Capitol President Coin played by Julianne Moore is distinctive only by her long blonde locks in her poster for Hunger Games District 13.
Jeffrey Wright as Beetee Latier and Sam Claflin as Finnick Odair also were shown in separate posters.
Directed by Francis Lawrence, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 arrives in theaters November 21, with the last film scheduled for release on November 20, 2015.
