According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Susannah has also agreed to stop using Feldman as her surname and will return to her maiden name of Sprague.
Corey shot to fame in the 1980s in hit movies such as Gremlins, The Goonies, Stand By Me and The Lost Boys.
But he has been on a downward spiral for years and most recently reinvented himself as a professional playboy, dubbing his female companions 'Corey's Angels'.
A Corey's Angels website revealed the License To Drive star's motivation for establishing the venture, which helps other men to meet gorgeous women.
Moving on: Corey hasn't been sitting around pinking for Susannah and is often spotted out in Hollywood in the company of a bevy of beauties
His Corey's Angels parties promise to help men get the chance to meet with 'hundreds of lingerie' models at exclusive events.
The website states: 'Corey aside from his life long career as an entertainer has also been known to be surrounded by droves of gorgeous women.
Corey's memoir, Coreyography, hit book stores on October 29, and in it the star opened up on his tough childhood.
'My story in and of itself was very tragic,' Corey told CNN’s Piers Morgan while promoting the tome. 'I did have a very, very rough upbringing. I endured a lot of pain in my childhood. I didn’t choose this life. It was chosen for me.'
