All eyes were glued to the court for the nail-biting battle between tennis Titans Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic.

Except for Ansel Elgort and Joe Jonas, who shared a laugh in the VIP section.

While the rest of the crowd sat perched on the edge of their seats - apart from Leonardo DiCaprio who could barely keep his eyes open - the two US actors were more interested in goofing off together.

Leonardo attended the Men's Singles quarter final with his beloved mother Irmelin Indenbirken.

In an attempt to go incognito, the 39-year-old actor wore a peaked grey flat cap, pulled down low, whilst hiding his features behind his bushy beard.

But rather than joining in with the excitement, he cut a lonely figure, sitting off to one side, alternating between yawning, stroking his beard and puffing on an e-cigarette.

There was also no sign of his current girlfriend Toni Garrn, who is believed to have moved into Leo's New York pad last March.

Meanwhile, it was laughs a-plenty for Ansel and Joe, who giggled like a pair of school girls throughout most of the match.

Clearly in high spirits, the bromantic duo happily posed for selfies with fans, before returning to their chuckle-fest.

Also sitting courtside were Jeremy Piven and Bridget Moynahan, who similarly found something to laugh about.

The pair co-starred in 2001 movie Serendipity together, and have remained good friends since.

Perhaps Bridget could have chatted to lonely Leo, as they certainly have a few things in common. Bridget's ex, Tom Brady, with whom she has one child, is now married to Leo's ex girlfriend, Giselle Bundchen.

That's all water under the bridge now though, with Bridget happily in a four-year relationship with Charlie's Angels director, Joseph McGinty Nichol.

It's a different story for her court date, Jeremy, who could well have been scanning the crowd for eligible ladies. He was last linked with Australian model, Sophie Turner, in April, but it now thought to be single.

Over in Kim Sears' corner things were far more serious, with the strain etched across her pretty features as she watched boyfriend Andy Murray's defeat.

With her cascading honey blonde locks and model-like features, the 25-year-old artist sat willing her man on for the full three hours and 31 minutes of the game.

While she undoubtedly left the match with a heavy heart, the same couldn't be said for Ansel and Joe, who used the game's New York location as an excuse to hit the town.

Dressed in ripped jeans and high-tops, Divergent star Ansel, 20, nailed the New York street style, while Joe opted for a more dapper look as they headed out in search of more fun.
