The 38-year-old opted instead to sport a fashionable - and professional - ensemble that bared her toned pins and svelte arms for her end-of-week look.
Reese flashed a wide smile as she spoke on her phone after stepping out of her car in Westwood on Friday.

The slim Legally Blonde actress stepped out of her vehicle with an armful of items in her hands, including a stylish tweed jacket and a healthy-looking green drink.
She teamed her black peplum skirt with a maroon sleeveless floral top, adding a pop of colour to her all-black outfit.
Reese wore her blonde hair down in a stylish and wavy 'do, and appeared to have opted for just a dusting of pink blush to highlight her pretty features.

Later that night, the actress will be joined by a numerous celebrities as she appears at the Stand Up To Cancer benefit concert, which will air on a variety of network, according to The New York Daily News.
The program encourages viewers to donate money, which will be directed towards researching new cancer therapies, according to the Stand Up To Cancer website.

The program is executive produced by Gwyneth Paltrow and Joel Gallen, and will feature performances by Ariana Grande, The Who, Jennifer Hudson, and others, the news website adds.
Meanwhile, Reese's latest film Wild recently premiered at the Telluride Film Festival in Telluride, Colorado.
Based on Cheryl Strayed's memoir, the film follows Cheryl (Reese) as she walks 1,000 miles to overcome her personal demons.
After years of destructive behaviour, including heroin abuse and promiscuous sex, the young woman decides to brave the wild all on her own as she backpacks solo along the Pacific Crest Trail for three months.
The film will also be screened at the San Diego Film Festival on September 24.
