The California native couldn't stay away from her home state for long.

And on Friday Vanessa Hudgens celebrated her homecoming with a stop at a Los Angeles grocery store shopping for her favorite food items.

The 25-year-old entertainer was spotted sporting her summer fashions for a laid-back bohemian look.

At a local Trader Joe's market, the former High School Musical star bought bags full of produce to restock her fridge after she recently returned home from a quick trip to New York City.

She was seen wearing a strapless navy and white patterned top with a pair of baggy distressed boyfriend jeans and sandals that had belt buckle straps.

Hudgens styled her look with black circular sunglasses and tied her ombre hair in a half up half down updo.

Vanessa hosted the Flaunt Magazine cover party along with Siwy Denim and BLTEE by Brian Lichtenberg earlier in the week.

On Friday, she shared a photo from the event in which the actress posed with a blown up picture of the publication September Distress issue.

In the snap, she is wearing a leopard print frock and a leather jacket that covered her arms and shoulders.

The day before the party on Thursday, the Spring Breakers star posted a selfie off the rooftop of a New York building.

'Bye bye NYC. Till next time. Thanks for the quickie,' she wrote along with a winky face emoticon.

Vanessa gave the camera a kiss with her eyes closed as she took a picture of herself wearing a sleeveless black top.
