History
The Society for Preservation of Antique Radio Knowledge, Inc. (SPARK) is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in 1992 in the State of Ohio. The organization was formed with the intention of preserving the knowledge, history and equipment of electronics including, but not limited to, radio and television.

Membership
SPARK membership is open to everyone. Dues are $12 per year and payable January 1st of each year. Dues are pro-rated to the month of joining and all membership expire on December 31st.

Meetings
SPARK is a meeting oriented club. Each meeting features a special educational presentation regarding the history or preservation of electronics. Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month in the Banquet Room of Cassano's Pizza House, 1700 East Stroop Road in Kettering, Ohio. Meetings commence at 7:30pm. The election of Officers is conducted preceding the October meeting and the annual business program precedes the December meeting.

Special events
SPARK hosts an annual fall indoor swap meet in late October or early November.

Newsletter
The SPARK SIGNALS newsletter is published annually to promote meetings and special events.
