Cara Delevingne ditches designer threads for grungy leather jacket and ripped jeans as LFW comes to an end

Cara Delevingne may have been dressed to the nines the past few days, but London Fashion Week ended on Tuesday so she made a return to her typical scruffy style on Wednesday.

In a pair of ripped grey jeans, leather biker jacket and, of course, trainers, the 22-year-old model checked out of Claridge's in the English capital on Wednesday.

Adding a simple black jumper and white t-shirt, Cara was no doubt happy to be back in her usual uniform.

Her long blonde hair looked freshly washed as it fell over her face and she wore a pair of round John Lennon-style reflective sunglasses.

Looking cool as ever, she teamed the look with a lion necklace, which came as no surprise as Cara has a certain soft spot for Lions. 

Being a Leo she's taken on the big cat as a sort of spirit animal, getting it inked onto her finger last year and even ensuring a metal lion face would appear on the inside of all Mulberry Cara bags.

The top model dedicated much of this season's London Fashion Week to the social scene rather than the runway. 

Although she did walk in the Topshop Unique show alongside the likes of Jourdan Dunn, she has had a much less hectic fashion week this time compared to her February schedule.

She even traded in the catwalk for the front row at this year's Burberry Prorsum show.

Cara sat with Kate Moss as the pair watched Suki Waterhouse lead the models down the hand-painted runway.

Checking out of the hotel with her was model and actress friend Clara Paget. 

Wearing a similar outfit of jeans, leather jacket and trainers, Clara smiled as the pair made their way out of their shared LFW pad.

Clara and Cara have been friends for years and regularly hang out on the model, party and festival scene.

These two share fashion tastes and social circles.
