ZNZ Gender Equality Committee
Mission statement
There is a well-documented gender gap in academia. This is also reflected within the ZNZ where 48% of the students are women, while there are only 21% women among ZNZ members (14 of them being at the professor level).
Our vision is to raise awareness of the gender inequality in academic institutions, promote the academic career of women as well as actively increase the integration of women in every activity of the ZNZ.
In addition, we aspire to generate a more family friendly campus and provide counseling for family and career related issues.
