They had only touched down in London a few hours earlier following a transatlantic flight from Chicago but Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West showed no sign of jet lag as they enjoyed a romantic date night on Tuesday.

The superstar couple left their daughter North at their hotel as they headed to Hakkasan restaurant with Kim banishing recent rumours she is pregnant with their second child as she showed off her extremely slim figure in a figure hugging white dress.

But she had to share the spotlight with her spouse as he showed off a quirky haircut, with arrows shaved into the sides and top of his head.

Clearly the 33-year-old reality TV star's daily workouts are paying off and it's not surprising Kanye held on tight to his hot wife as they hit the down.

Kim's white dress ended just above her ankles to show off her white high heels and it featured a slit to mid-thigh.

A large belt covered her tummy but although Kim has said she wants more siblings for her one-year-old daughter North, she was looking slimmer than ever.

As usual her glam squad had been hard at work and Kim's hair was slicked back into a low ponytail while her make-up was flawless.

Kanye, 37, didn't let his wife take all of the glamour in the style stakes, sporting an eye-catching blazer with his ripped black jeans.

It has been a tough few days for the couple, after Kim became the latest celebrity to allegedly have naked photographs leaked online.

Kim may have fallen victim to the recent hacking scandal after explicit images, believed to be of her, were reportedly uploaded on to photo-sharing website 4chan, Reddit and Twitter on Friday, just three weeks after pictures of Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton were shared online.

However, it is not known whether the racy photographs of Kim are authentic or where they were allegedly stolen from, according to TMZ.

The pair are in the English capital for a brief break before they jet to Paris for Fashion Week.

Kim could be hoping to see her sister Kendall Jenner where she could be walking in any number of high profile shows having walked at the New York, London and Milan equivalent events.

It seems a given that Kendall would walk - and Kim sit front row - at the Balmain spring/summer 2015 show, as creative director Olivier Rousteing is a firm friend of the family.
