Super soccer mom! Denise Richards displays her impressive pitching skills as she fields an errant ball during daughter Lola's game

Denise Richards proved ever the supportive and doting mom as she took daughter Lola to soccer practice on Thursday in Beverly Hills, even leaping into action when a ball rolled off the pitch, displaying her good arm as she threw it back.

The 43-year-old actress displayed her slim figure in a pretty pale yellow top with spaghetti straps that exposed her toned arms, embracing the unseasonably hot day in the summery outfit.

The former Bond girl showed off her seemingly endless legs in a pair of comfy black yoga leggings, while she wore her long platinum tresses in gorgeous loose waves and was beautifully made up with a complementary covering of make-up for the casual outing.

Denise chatted with fellow parents while keeping an eye on her nine-year-old daughter, whose father is of course ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

Lola hit the pitch in a white shirt celebrating the 50th anniversary of the American Youth Soccer Organization and black shorts with thick knee-high navy blue socks pulled up over her shin guards.

The hands-on mom had it all covered as she lugged a small black cooler full of snacks for her and her daughter.

She was positively weighed down as she arrived at the game, also juggling a pink and white blanket to sit on and a red leather laser-cut handbag.

Pink certainly seems to be her theme colour, also wearing sneakers in the same hue and with a matching thin sweater tied around her waist, while she also texted away on her phone which was in a pink case.

With three children to split her time evenly between, Denise last month treated Lola and her 10-year-old sister Sam to a Katy Perry concert at the Staples Center, while she is often seen taking to girls to such after school activities as horse riding.

Three-year-old adopted daughter Eloise may be a little too young for such sporting endeavours, but she is doted on nonetheless by her famous mom, often seen accompanying her on outings in LA.

With her ABC Family series Twisted having been cancelled after just one season, the actress has certainly had more time on her hands to devote to her children lately.

But she'll be back to work shortly, with the Starship Troopers star gearing up to reprise her role in the sports comedy Blue Mountain State: The Movie, which is due out next year.

Fully loaded: Prepared for any occurence, Denise carried a large toe bag and small cooler filled with snacks for both her and her daughter

The film was scheduled to begin filming last month in Quebec, Canada but that was pushed back to October due to a lack of funding.

However, the film is still slated for a Spring 2015 release despite the setback.

The movie is a spin-off of the 2010 series of the same name which ran for three seasons, in which Denise played Debra, with all key cast set to return for the big-screen adaptation.
