'I could sense he wasn't 100 percent in it,' she told the Australian publication, describing the smooth-talking bachelor as 'too emotionally confused' to make clear decisions about his romantic future after having dated 30 different women throughout the series. Garvey also admitted having feelings for some of the other bachelorettes - but refused to confirm he was dating one of them.

But such designs were possibly even too far-fetched for the Victorians and never made it into production. Other designs include a gadget to get shoes on and off (bottom left), a portable bath (bottom centre) and a pair of glasses with two sets of lenses.
