Like father, like son! Josh Duhamel and son Axl wear matching baseball hats as they grab breakfast in Brentwood

Josh Duhamel is a sports fanatic, so it's no surprise that his son Axl is following in his footsteps.

The doting 41-year-old dad was spotted in Brentwood, California on Saturday carrying his one-year-old baby boy in his arms.

They looked adorable in matching baseball hats as they made their way to the car after picking up something to eat.

Axl, who turned one in August, looked super cute in a Dodger baseball hat with his adorable blonde curls peaking through from the bottom.

Josh wore his hat backwards as he carried Axl in one hand and a bag of food in the other. 

After putting Axl inside the car, the Safe Haven star quickly made his way to the drivers seat of his Range Rover.

Josh, who is married to Black Eyed Peas front woman Fergie, is keeping busy with several television and movie projects.

He will next appear in the drama You're Not You - due out October 10 - alongside Hilary Swank, Emmy Rossum, and Ali Larter.

The Emmy winner was also seen last week on the set of the upcoming CBS series Battle Creek created by Breaking Bad's Vince Gilligan.

Josh, had his hair perfectly styled and coiffed for his role in the police drama. 

The new show, from the creators of Breaking Bad and House, follows two detectives - Special Agent Milton Chamberlain (Josh) and Detective Russ Agnew (Dean Winters) in the town of Battle Creek, Michigan.

For research into the show's setting, Josh recently visited the real town of Battle Creek where he met with locals as well as the police department.

According to a sports writer who spoke to the actor while at a bar in July, '[Josh] kind of explained [the show] like, it was CSI with a little more humor to it,' the writer said. 'And it's going to be a smart show, but he was definitely hoping it would get people to laugh, too.'
