Bryan T. Adamson

Bryan is an attorney who has been licensed to practice law for over 14 years. Bryan received a B.A. in political science from Brigham Young University in 1994. He then received a Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University in 1997. After briefly working in downtown Dallas, Bryan began work as in-house counsel with a team of 7 lawyers for a large mortgage company called FirstPlus Financial. After the market crushed this large company, Bryan again did in-house counsel work and was employed as the Chief Operating Officer for Y2Marketing, a company based in Dallas. After helping this company to expand into 26 states and speaking nationwide, Bryan decided to invest in real estate. He became a co-owner of a large apartment complex in Amarillo, Texas and moved there to improve the property. Bryan soon invested in real estate in St. George, Utah and moved there just in time for the real estate market to crash. Bryan expanded his license to practice law to Utah and started his own firm– The Justice Firm. The Justice Firm specializes in family law and Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Bryan practices in many areas of law including those listed on the firms “Other Services” The Justice Firm is located directly next door to the new courthouse in St. George.
Bryan spends his free time coaching 2 competitive soccer teams and being a Scoutmaster.

Cherish is a 2002 graduate of Southern Utah University’s Associate of Applied Science Paralegal program. Cherish is extremely dedicated to the clients that she works with. She has extensive knowledge of the legal system and over 14 years combined education and paralegal work. She has worked at large firms and small and is vastly experienced in family law, criminal law, real estate law, juvenile and personal injury representation. Cherish lives in Washington, Utah with her two sons.

Rachel is the glue that runs the office. When she is not providing her bankruptcy expertise and interviewing clients, she is managing the entire office. She has experience in accounting, customer relations, and office management. She is hard-working and extremely customer service oriented.
