It looks like Kelly Brook's rocky romance with David McIntosh is back on again after the pair seemingly spent the night together.

Three weeks after calling off their engagement, the exes were spotted dining together in West Hollywood on Wednesday night.

And showing their meal wasn't a 'closure' meeting as some may have presumed, they were photographed heading for a romantic breakfast on Thursday morning after David apparently spent the night at Kelly's Los Angeles home.

The reconciled pair were spotted leaving Kelly's home in Hollywood and heading to The Standard hotel in downtown Los Angeles in her car.

Standing out in orange shorts and a dark T-shirt, David, 28, ran inside alone as Kelly pulled up outside.

Wearing a pink long sleeved T-shirt and denim shorts, Kelly kept her head down as she handed over her car keys to the valet and headed inside to join David.

Given recent developments, it looks like David's recent flirtation with German model Metisha Schaefer has come to an end and things are back on with the ex-Big Breakfast presenter.

Fans of the 34-year-old will be left baffled as to why Kelly has decided to share a cosy night with her ex, which comes after weeks of the pair trading blows on Twitter since their acrimonious break-up.

Just last week David lashed out at Kelly after she reached out to warn him that she had been hacked and intimate pictures had been leaked online.

Mocking her story, he hit back on Instagram: 'PMSL these naked pictures of moi hmmmmm confused how they have been leaked. Sneaky on another level!!!!!' and later added in a tweet to Kelly: 'silly me for sending pictures to someone I thought I could trust but then would leak them #byaccident.'

Kelly didn't refrain herself and hit back: 'Your Ego is beyond. David all my US iCloud pics are online not just of you. Be a grown up.'

He delivered another blow to their relationship upon landing in Miami earlier this month, when he began shamelessly flaunting his new fling with German model Metisha, who he has been spotted smooching as they lounged around his hotel pool.

However, despite their war of words, Kelly had a moment of weakness and reached out to David this week on Twitter.

In a now deleted tweet, she wrote on Wednesday, 'devildawg85 Truth is we talk everyday and miss each other. I’m sorry for how I’ve behaved. I really loved you x.'

In another erased message, Kelly also appeared to warn her new love rival that she wasn't fully aware of David's romantic situation: 'Metisha Darling you have no idea. I wouldn’t want to be you right now. Have some self-respect and compassion. We just broke up.'

Moving on: It looks like Kelly and David are moving past their recent troubles and trying again

Kelly announced the couple's split just weeks after he was voted out of the Celebrity Big Brother house in September.

She wrote: 'It's a sad day but I wanted to share with you that David and I are no longer engaged. I love and respect him and wish him all the best. (sic).'

It emerged that the split came after Sarah Harper claimed to have been having sex with David while he was engaged to Kelly.

David went on to deny all of her accusations in an open letter, saying: 'I'm absolutely devastated that Sarah's lies have caused Kelly to end our engagement but am even more deeply upset that the woman I thought loved me and was literally my life my would not stand by me.

'There is a silver lining to all of this because at least now I can breathe a sigh of relief that my blackmail hell is finally over and my conscience is clear.'

The pair, who started dating on New Year's Eve, have already broken up twice in the nine months they have been together.

They announced their engagement in March after less than three months of dating - not forgetting a brief split in February.
