She may well have been the only person at the Isle Of Wight literary festival wearing PVC leggings and boots as high as her thighs.

But that couldn't force best-selling author Katie Price to adopt wallflower status at the event as she was proudly presented her new darker hair 'do.

Katie looked happier than ever when she arrived at St. Mary's Church to talk about her new book Make My Wish Come True; the book nestled between her fur gilet and her left arm.

The mother of five, who only gave birth to her daughter Bunny in August, has recently rekindled her romance with third husband Kieran Haylor.

Kieran and Katie are taking another shot at their relationship after revelations of her husband's infidelity emerged while she was still pregnant with their second child.

But Katie couldn't have looked happier with the way that things were going when she donned her trademark glamour for the weekend event.

The reality TV star, who used to be married to Peter Andre, was showing off an all new look, having dyed her hair from a chocolate brown to a deep raven colour.

To add to her new look, Katie was sporting an impressive orange glow that suggested she'd gone overboard on the post-summer bronze.

Katie's new 'do fell loosely around her shoulders in large waves, looking visibly transformed from her highlighted style, which she'd been showing off as she arrived at ITV Studios with her husband on Wednesday.

Despite hiding her post-baby physique under a fur gilet that matched her new locks, Katie still looked trim as she dressed her slim pins in leather leggings.

Crossing her legs in thigh high heeled boots, the businesswoman, model and TV personality revealed the details of her latest book project in conversation with the host.

Katie teased the blurb to her new book on her website on Friday that read: 'Take one showbiz reporter, one sexy TV chef, one creepy ex-boyfriend, plenty of sex and scandal and you have all the ingredients to Make My Wish Come True from the bestselling author Katie Price.'

Katie, all-too familiar with the showbiz world, is set to open her doors to the reality TV cameras for a thirteenth time in the coming months as she plans a programme based around her husband's adultery.

The model mum recently threatened to divorce the former stripper when it was discovered that he bedded her friends Jane Pountney and Chrissy Thomas.

A source told The Mirror: 'Katie's new show will document them working through their problems. She's made no secret of her mistrust of Kieran - his infidelity completely rocked her.'
